These two (married) couples, each decide to spend their vacation traveling throughout Italy- Not the Italy of "vulgar tourists" and the typical Michelin guidebooks- but the real Italy, the Italy known only to the most authentic Italians. In a series of unfortunate, but funny encounters, the two couples become entangled in a struggle for travel-savvy dominance. By the end of their trip, they have trounced on the art and nearly crashed the culture of one of the world's oldest and most respected civilizations.
