Follow a curvy road to your temporary home away from home. You might choose to park your car in front of the cabins, cottages, or houses that offer the conveniences of home. You will find a place to hang your hat near creek side, riverside, in converted barns on farms near tall pines or near a golf course. You may want accommodations with only one room or two or with beds for eight or ten.

Our meandering back roads will take you to fun and adventure. You will find boat and canoe rentals, bike shops, acres of river frontages and guides to assist you. The area is a “Sportsman’s Paradise”. There also is horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing in season. The Great River Trail invites you to experience “The Mighty Mississippi River”. The world renowned river. The Mississippi River provides an abundance of activities from watching the white pelicans, eagles, geese, thousands of ducks to fishing for catfish, bass, crappie, walleye, northern pike and many other spices of fish.
