Mendota Hills Windfarm
The largest commercial windfarm in Illinois. The site at Chicago Road and Bingham Road is located just west of the Paw Paw exit off Interstate 39. The 63 towering windmills built by Navitas Energy and Gamesa Eólica (Spain) are an awesome sight to see, generating an alternative source of electricity to power commercial and home needs.
